Notice Regarding Small Claim Assessment Review Petition Filings:
The Village of Muttontown requires two copies of the SCAR Petitions after it has been filed with the Nassau County Clerk’s Office. We ask that filings be submitted via mail at this time, the post mark date will be used as the received date. If you wish to submit an additional copy with a self-addressed stamped return envelope we will stamp and return your copy.
