VILLAGE OF MUTTONTOWN
HEARING OF COMPLAINTS ON ASSESSMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Muttontown, as Assessor of the Village, has completed the 2023/24 tentative tax assessment roll. A copy of the 2022/2023 tentative assessment roll will be filed by February 1, 2023 with the Village Clerk. It may be viewed at the Muttontown Village Hall at One ‘Raz’ Tafuro Way, in said Village and examined by any person during the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, as of February 1, 2023.
On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., the Board of Assessment Review, will be present at Muttontown Village Hall at One ‘Raz’ Tafuro Way, in said Village, to hear and receive complaints in relation to any assessment in the 2023/2024 Village tax roll. The Board of Assessment Review reserves the right to continue or adjourn such hearings as provided by law.
